An Abstract Review Fee is required for all speakers and poster presenters. This fee must be paid immediately after submitting your abstract.

Abstracts will be evaluated by the Organizing Committee and Editorial Board Members only.
Acceptance & Further Steps:
Upon successful review and acceptance of your abstract (including completion of any required revisions), you will receive an official Abstract Acceptance Letter. Following this, you may proceed with the event registration process.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
Please note the following terms regarding cancellations and changes to your registration:
- Registration fees are strictly non-refundable.
Once payment has been made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. - If you are unable to attend in person, you have two alternative options:
- Transfer your registration to the next edition of the conference.
- Convert your participation to virtual (online) attendance for the current event.
All changes must be communicated to the organizing committee in advance of the event date.
