Registration Guidelines
Registration Timing – Conference registration opens at 08:00 AM on September 09, 2025, in Dubai, UAE.
Conference Materials – At the registration desk, you will receive your ID card and a copy of the conference program.
Assistance – For any queries, please connect with the onsite coordinator, who will be available to guide you.
Onsite Payment – If you wish to pay your registration fee in cash, you may do so at the venue. Please confirm your attendance via email in advance and request the name of the onsite coordinator for reference.
Virtual Presentation Guidelines
Global Access – The Virtual Speaker or Poster Presentation option enables participants worldwide to present their research conveniently without the need for travel.
Conference Access – All registered attendees will receive a virtual meeting invite along with a personalized user ID prior to the conference.
Early Login – Virtual presenters are requested to join the session 30 minutes in advance to avoid last-minute technical issues.
Presentation Time – Each speaker will be allotted 20–25 minutes. Please prepare your talk for 17–19 minutes, allowing time for introductions and a Q&A session.
Time Management – Kindly ensure that your presentation starts and ends according to the official conference schedule.
Technical Preparation – Have your latest presentation slides open on your computer or device. You will be required to share your screen during the presentation.
Pre-Recorded Option – If you prefer to submit a recorded presentation, please send the video file along with your PowerPoint slides at least 10 days before the conference start date.
Certification Guidelines
Delegate Certificates – All attendees will receive a certificate of participation signed by the organizing committee. The name and affiliation will appear as per our records. For any corrections or updates, please contact us at least one month before the conference.
Certificate Distribution – Certificates will be handed out during or after the session. Please ensure you remain present until the session concludes.
E-Certificates – A digital copy will also be sent via email within 2–3 working days after the conference ends.
Co-authors – Certificates will only be issued to registered participants who attend the conference. Non-attending co-authors are not eligible to receive a certificate.
