Delegate Guidelines — DentalUCG2026
Welcome to the 5th International Dental, Advanced Dentistry & Oral Health Conference & Exhibition. We are delighted to have you join this premier international event. To ensure a smooth, productive, and rewarding experience, please review the following delegate guidelines carefully before and during the conference.
1. Registration & Confirmation
  • All delegates must complete online registration prior to arrival.
  • Please bring your registration confirmation (printed or digital) for onsite verification.
  • Upon arrival, delegates should proceed to the registration desk to collect their delegate badge, conference kit, and program materials.
  • Registered delegates will have access to scientific sessions, panel discussions, exhibition areas, networking events, and digital conference materials.
2. Delegate Information Submission
After registration, delegates may be requested to submit the following details:
✔ Full name (as it should appear on the badge)
✔ Professional designation and institutional affiliation
✔ Contact details and nationality
✔ Profile photograph (for badge printing and delegate directory inclusion)
This information helps ensure accurate documentation and inclusion in official conference records.
3. Conference Attendance & Participation
Delegates are encouraged to:
  • Attend keynote lectures, plenary sessions, scientific presentations, and panel discussions.
  • Actively participate in Q&A sessions, workshops, and discussions.
  • Visit the exhibition area to explore the latest dental products, technologies, and innovations.
  • Network with speakers, researchers, clinicians, and industry professionals during breaks and scheduled networking sessions.
Note: For hybrid or virtual participation (if applicable), delegates should ensure stable internet connectivity and test access credentials prior to the event.
4. Delegate Conduct & Dress Code
  • Delegates are expected to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor throughout the conference.
  • Business or business-casual attire is recommended.
  • Mobile phones should be kept on silent mode during sessions to avoid disruptions.
5. Conference Program & Updates
  • The scientific program will feature keynote lectures, oral and poster presentations, panel discussions, and workshops.
  • Delegates are advised to check the official conference website or digital program for real-time updates.
  • Please note that session timings and room allocations may be subject to change, and updates will be communicated accordingly.
6. Certificates & CME/CPD Credits
  • All registered delegates will receive a Certificate of Participation.
  • CME/CPD credits are not included in the standard delegate registration fee.
  • Delegates wishing to receive official CME/CPD credits must opt for this separately and pay the applicable additional fee.
  • Certificates (with or without CME/CPD credits) will be available onsite or for download after the conference.
7. Health, Safety & Travel Guidelines
  • Delegates must adhere to all venue safety protocols, emergency procedures, and local public health guidelines.
  • In-person attendees should carry valid identification and comply with local regulations.
  • International delegates are advised to check visa requirements and apply well in advance of travel.
