Poster Presentation Guidelines
To ensure your participation runs smoothly and your work is showcased effectively, we kindly request you to:
1 - Submit a Professional Photograph – Please provide a high-resolution image for use in conference materials.
2 - Share Your Biography – A concise 250-word biography is required for inclusion in the official program.
3 - Provide Your Organization Logo – Kindly share the official logo of your institution/organization.
4 - Confirm Poster Title – Please share the finalized title of your poster (ignore this if already submitted).
5 - Abstract Submission – If you have not submitted your abstract in advance, please bring your poster abstract with you to the conference.
6 - Prepare Your Slides – We recommend 15–20 slides to support your poster presentation. This will allow the committee and chairperson to thoroughly review and fairly evaluate your work for the Best Poster Award.
7 - Soft Copy Submission – Share a soft copy or drive link of your poster materials in advance for smooth arrangements.
8 - Include the Conference Logo – Ensure that the conference logo is placed on each slide of your poster presentation.
9 - Promotional Support – Once we provide your official Poster Banner, we encourage you to share it with colleagues and post it on your social media platforms to promote your contribution.
