3. Submission Process
- ✔ Submit your abstract via the official portal.
✔ Pay the mandatory review fee immediately after submission to enable review.
✔ After review and successful acceptance, an Abstract Acceptance Letter will be issued.
4. Registration
- ✔ After acceptance, complete your conference registration to confirm your participation as a poster presenter.

Your poster should clearly and effectively communicate your research:

✔ References (if applicable)
✔ Acknowledgments (optional)
3. PowerPoint Submission (Mandatory)
- - All poster presenters are required to submit a PPT version of their poster before the conference.
- - This PPT may be used for virtual sessions, digital displays, or backup in case of poster board issues.
- - Ensure your PPT matches your poster content, is visually clear, and is readable on-screen.
Onsite Poster Presentation
1. Setup
- ✔ Arrive early to set up your poster.
- ✔ Bring all materials needed (poster print, push pins, etc.).
- ✔ Your poster should fit within the conference’s poster board dimensions.
2. Presentation Time
- ✔ During the scheduled session, presenters will have dedicated time to explain their posters and interact with attendees.
3. Presenter Responsibilities
- ✔ Stand by your poster during the assigned session.
- ✔ Wear your conference badge at all times.
Virtual Participation (if hybrid)
- ✔ Submit PPT before the conference for virtual display.
- ✔ Ensure reliable internet and join early to troubleshoot technical issues.
After submitting your abstract, you will be required to pay the Review Fee. Your abstract will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee and Editorial Board Members only after the Review Fee has been paid. Upon successful review, you will receive your Abstract Acceptance Letter.
