Speaker Guidelines

Speaker Guidelines

To ensure a smooth experience and proper recognition at the conference, we kindly request you to:

1 - Submit a Professional Photograph – Please provide a high-resolution photo for use in the conference materials.

2 - Share Your Biography – A concise 250-word biography is required for inclusion in the official conference program.

3 - Provide Your Organization Logo – Please share the official logo of your institution/organization.

4 - Confirm Your Talk Title – Share the finalized title of your presentation (if not already submitted).

5 - Abstract Submission – If you have not submitted your abstract in advance, please bring it with you to the conference.

6 - Prepare Your Slides – We recommend 25–30 slides for your oral presentation. This allows the committee and chairperson to effectively review and evaluate your work for the Best Speaker Award.

7 - Soft Copy Submission – Kindly share a soft copy or a drive link to your presentation in advance so we can arrange it accordingly.

8 Include the Conference Logo – Please ensure our conference logo is added to each of your presentation slides.

9 - Promotional Support – Once we provide your official Speaker Banner, we encourage you to share it with colleagues and post it on your social media platforms to promote your session.
